Riley Bromley is a Certified Surgical Technologist and Certified Surgical First Assistant with eight years of experience in the operating room. She has specialized in orthopaedic, spine, trauma, and neurological surgery, and she brings that depth of surgical experience to every procedure she assists at Emerald Coast Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics.

Riley combines a genuine passion for patient care with a commitment to surgical outcomes and continuity of care. From pre-op preparation through the procedure itself, she works alongside Dr. Leo Chen to keep every case running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
