Dr. Leo Chen

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Founder

Dr. Leo Chen leads Emerald Coast Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics with a patient-centered philosophy rooted in honest, ethical and integrated care. He earned his MD at Emory University School of Medicine, completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at UT Southwestern, finished a Sports Medicine fellowship, and earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Troy Lee

Practice Manager

Troy Lee oversees daily operations at Emerald Coast Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics and combines a passion for patient care with a focus on outcomes, continuity and operational excellence.

Bromley, CST, CSFA

Certified Surgical Technologist and First Assistant

Bromley is a Certified Surgical Technologist and Certified Surgical First Assistant supporting Dr. Leo Chen in the operating room across orthopedic, trauma, sports medicine and joint replacement procedures.

The on-site radiology team has years of orthopedic imaging experience, with associate degrees from accredited institutions including Sentara College of Health Sciences and Meriah Heritage Institute.
